1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

2. UK Delivery

  • Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days): £3.99 (Free on orders above £50).

  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £6.99.

  • Special Delivery (1–2 working days): £10.99.

3. International Delivery

  • We ship to selected international destinations.

  • Delivery charges and times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

  • Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

5. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs checks, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • ChexyStore is not liable for delays outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful (e.g., no one at address, incorrect details), the courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Order Not Received

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at chexystore@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate.
